"Love this backpack! Used it when I was flying personal item only and it fits a lot! It’s also easy to clean, the material isn’t too bulky and it’s got a nice shape. My only suggestion is if the stitching with the water bottle pocket could be more reinforced as mine seems to be slowly coming apart…also wish the water bottle sleeve itself was more stretchy or wide to fit wider bottles."
"I purchased this backpack 3 years ago for work and loved it so much. I got compliments all the time and the beige stayed surprisingly clean (other than the bottom)! Perfect interior and exterior pocket placement and really liked the flat pockets to hold random papers. Unfortunately, the zipper on the laptop sleeve broke recently and I think the cost to have it repaired will be nearly as expensive as getting a decent replacement from a less expensive retailer - so will be retiring my beloved Beis. Had the zipper lasted I would have been using this bag for work and plane travel for many more years."

"This item is my go-to travel backpack. I have travelled Europe, Asian, and North America with this bag and it always fits as a carry on and my everyday backpack. My friends have borrowed and bought their own and also feel the same way. My favourite features are the expandable zipper and the trolly sleeve. It genuinely fits so much. "I purchased this bag in 2023 and have used it for every flight I’ve taken since then! I’m an American living in Europe so I travel all the time, and if I have to take one bag with me, this is it. The expandable zipper is a lifesaver as someone who shops a lot on my trips. The bag is so durable and sturdy I would have expected it to break or get a hole by now but there is no sign of that happening anytime soon! Plenty of support without being bulky, practical and stylish. It stands up on its own. The optional bottle holder is perfect. I love the pockets without losing things in them. Very user-friendly. "Quality and design is what you can expect from Beis. It’s a great backpack with ample space and the material is durable and easy to clean. I liked the shape of the backpack and how even when it’s full it doesn’t seem too heavy on your back. I also liked the two handles on top that snap together so you carry like a bag. I did the free personalization on the trolley pass thru which was unique and I love it. Two requests/design flaws: the laptop sleeve section only has one zipper and really should have a double zipper, and there is no zipper on the trolley pass thru to make it into an extra pocket, as mentioned. I still love this backpack and will be using a lot for work and travel."
