"I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my NEW BEIS in Burgundy. It’s literally my favourite ruby red/pinky maroon colour - I was so happy when it arrived. The bag is great, but

"The bag is great, but it’s not what I thought I was buying. I had clicked on a link for the hybrid carry-on, then within that page clicked the size medium check-in, I didn’t notice that it took me away from the hybrid and over to the original line up. I saw the maple as a color option and bought it. I should have double checked what it was but I never assumed selecting a different size would take me to a whole different line of products. In the end the hybrid is not available in maple and so it wouldn’t have matched our other bag anyway. . so I guess everything worked out. Sure would like to have had the coupling connector though."
