When you place an order with BÉIS, you’ll receive a confirmation email, but this doesn’t always guarantee fulfillment. In some cases, due to limited inventory, order review flags, or other concerns, we may need to cancel or adjust your order.
BÉIS reserves the right to:
- Limit purchase quantities, particularly during high demand launches
- Pause or cancel orders from certain locations or flagged accounts
- Cancel orders that appear to involve unauthorized resale activity, bulk purchasing, or the use of automated bots (or similar technology)
- Modify or discontinue products at any time
An order is considered officially accepted once it has shipped. You will only be charged for items that are sent.
No Purchase for Resale
By placing an order on our website, you confirm that your purchase is intended for personal or household use only. Purchasing BÉIS products for the purpose of resale, distribution, or other commercial gain, or in a manner that suggests dishonest or exploitative intent is strictly prohibited.
If we determine that an order was placed with the intent to resell, is associated with known or suspected unauthorized resellers, or involves misuse of our programs or systems, including but not limited to return or rewards programs, BÉIS reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to take any of the following actions:
- Cancel the order or deny return requests
- Restrict or block future purchases
- Deny access to our website or related services
- Suspend or close associated customer accounts
- Deny any Limited Lifetime Luggage Warranty claims
- Revoke BÉIS Loyalty reward points, redeemed rewards, and account access
These measures are in place to protect the integrity of our brand and ensure fair access to our products for all customers.
Changes & Cancellations
Need to update or cancel an order? Contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

Orders placed through unauthorized resellers or third party platforms are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or warranty coverage under our Limited Lifetime Luggage Warranty.
