WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We believe in our products so if you’re not satisfied with your order placed through www.ca.beistravel.com, we will find a solution for you! The majority of our products can be returned or exchanged within 45 days (Effective as of September 26, 2022) We offer free exchange requests and easy returns so that you can shop with confidence. We also offer easy returns, minus a small handling fee. Returns will be refunded in the original payment method or store credit.

To request a return, please visit our Returns and Exchanges Page and select the “Returns” option. Please note that the shipping fees for all orders, as well as duties and taxes for international orders are non-refundable. All items must be unused and with original tags attached.

If your item arrives broken or defective and you would like a refund or a replacement, please visit our Returns and Exchanges Page and select the “Quality Guarantee“ option within 45 days of the delivery date. Please follow the prompts and provide the requested information and we’ll take care of the rest.

Orders placed with our retail partners Revolve.com, ULTA and ULTA.com, Nordstrom and Nordstrom.com are subject to the return policy of each retailer. Please contact the retailer’s customer support team and provide the original dated receipt for information on their return policy.

 

WHAT IS YOUR LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY POLICY?

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?

Refund will be issued back to your original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company for more information regarding refunds. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@ca.beistravel.com.
