"I purchased both the large roller and the carry on roller a year and a half ago, and I absolutely love the luggage from Beis. The small details are thought out, they’re aesthetic, and very functional. Additionally, the customer service I received was amazing - TSA had broken the lock on mine during travel, and Beis was prompt in replying to me and resolving the issue. Absolutely would recommend purchasing from Beis!!!"

Love but damaged after first use

"Love this piece ! I bought multiple for my daughters and it’s just perfect! Zippers are sturdy case seems durable. Unfortunately after the first time checked in (purchased December 2024 and first used December 2024) when it came out and d the luggage carousel , the outer bumper was damaged. Also a lot loose strings are coming from the zipper area . That was very disappointing."

Perfect Luggage

"I have been eyeing Beis luggage for some time already and after getting the carry on I knew a needed a large one to go with it too. I love those little details that help you stay organized and the quality is great. The only thing I didn’t realize before was that the beige color is not gonna go well with the way luggage is being handled at the airport so I am about to buy a cover to keep it nice. If you don’t want to deal with it, I’d go for darker color."
