"the handle part of the bag deteriorated faster than I thought (within 2 months), some of the threads are sticking out now. Other than that everything is amazing! The bag itself is really sturdy and like how the prongs at the bottom help reduce damage from underneath the bag when I place it down"
"I bought this on the recommendation of a coworker who already has one and I love it so much! It fits all my stuff, including my laptop, cables, binders, water bottle, and has a sewn in clip for my keys. It’s durable as it has held up well to being tossed around and taken to so many places. I’ve used it as my airplane carry on as well and it was great there too, especially with the pocket that slips over suitcase handles. I just love it! I would definitely buy this again."

"The Large Work Tote is a true workhorse without sacrificing style. I love the thoughtful design details that make it easy to carry multiple laptops, travel essentials, and everything else needed for a busy day. I searched for a long time before finding this bag, and it comes very close to being perfect. The only change I would make would be to add a second set of shorter shoulder/elbow straps, similar to those on the East/West Tote. When the bag is fully loaded, having a shorter carry option would make it much easier to grab and maneuver in and out of a car or through tighter spaces. The longer straps are great for shoulder carry, but they can be a bit cumbersome in those situations. And one final request: please make this bag in Espresso, Burgundy, and Deep Olive. I would happily buy all three. 😊"
"I love everything about the bag except the laptop sleeve. I have a small laptop, but even it won't fit in the sleeve. In theory it should be big enough to fit, but unfortunately the zipper loses about one inch at the top, making it impossible to fit your laptop in. As far as the bag is concerned, it does feel heavy, even when it's empty. I love all the pockets and zippers, and especially love that you can unzip the bottom of the outside pocket and slide it over the handle of your roller luggage. I have used it as a personal item without any issues. In fact, I once flew Frontier Airlines and they made me put my bag in the personal item measurement box, and it fit perfectly. It is a little snug under the seat in front of you, as it takes up the entire area. All things considered, it's a solid work tote made of great quality."
"I truly love the bag. I have had my eye on it for awhile. 1st day carrying it--I left the conference room and was told people were checking it out and looking it up online. It is a sharp bag, roomy. The only reason I took a star--it is a little different than expected when I watched reviews. The trolly pocket had an extra zippered pocket for passport/phone---mine does not. Inside organization a bit different than the reviews I watched and expected. With that said-I would still buy it over and over."
