"Thank you for contacting us about the Bies product that we purchased. I gave the Mini Weekender Bag to my wife for Christmas. We used the bag for the first time when we went to Cancun for a winter vacation. Unfortunately we had a problem with the bag on its first use. My wife used the weekender as a carry-on bag. When we arrived in cancun we noticed the the stitching on the main zipper had come apart. We are awaiting to see what we need to do regarding any warranty. Do we get the zipper repaired here in Kelowna, British Columbia and send you the repair bill? Otherwise we could send the back back for replacement. My wife loves the bag and definitely wants to keep it. We just need to know if this repair is covered or not. I look forward to your response. If there is another department we should contact please let us know."

"I loved this bag. It is beautiful and all of its compartments were amazing, I was able to fit everything I needed for a weekend into it and it stayed well organized. I originally ordered this bag and had it for only a couple weeks with a couple uses before the zipper completely broke and the stitching came apart. I feel as though the stitching on that bag was probably faulty. I contacted customer service which was extremely helpful and they sent me a replacement bag. I have yet to use it but I am so excited to finally take it on my travels."
