"The suitcase is an absolutely perfect size for carry-on in Canada and it fits what is necessary very well. My one concern is the zippers when opening the suitcase, they can be a bit tough initially. I am thinking with more use it'll become easier though. Asides that A+!"

"Did not receive item. I have waited for two months but it never came. I tried contacting customer service for help (along with the courier) but no luck. The customer service offered to re-send the package which I agreed to. Then I followed up again and come to find out, she didn’t re-send it (or did anything) and gave run around answers. At that point, I have asked for a refund. Disappointing experience as I was it was a gift; ended up buying Monos luggage instead."
