Unfortunately when I returned from NZ,I noticed a dream was coming loose where the strap was attached. I just notified Beis because I really, really loved the product and they need to know if something has gone wrong, for future customers. "I absolutely love this crossbody bag! I used it during a full day at Six Flags, and it exceeded my expectations. It comfortably held 3 iPhones, my car keys, lip glosses, cash, and credit cards, with room to spare. I even hung 4 souvenir cups from the exterior of the bag, and it handled the extra weight with no problem. My favorite feature is the hideaway bottle holder—it kept my drink secure when I needed it and tucked away neatly when I didn't. The clasp is Metal, you can switch the bag from right sling to left sling, and super easy hands free with toddler.
