"WhatI loved: the big change pad that comes built in, great access with the big main zipper, tons of pockets and lots of room in general. It's super easy to clean; the magnetic flap is awesome - I use that the most out of any pocket. The colours (if you're thinking about the pink, just get it, I got the black but a friend has it; it cleans super easy and it's GORGEOUS) What I didn't love: the side pockets do fit my large 1L yeti waterbottle (I'm breastfeeding and always thirsty so this is amazing), but there's nothing to keep it there and the fabric is so smooth that when I bend over the waterbottle falls out especially if I'm rushing and only have one shoulder strap on. Would also appreciate a chest/sternum strap for comfort and weight distribution. The clips connecting the front crossbody to the main backpack are TIGHT. I was hoping they would loosen over time (and they might still) but it's been about 4 months now and I still struggle to take it on and off."
